THE 'NEW RESIDENCES'- WATTS HALL & LEGETT HALL

Two years ago we last saw the first batch of Frosh moving into the infamous 'New Residences' (one is now named Legett Hall .. the other is Watts- both are buildings that will likely see thousands of teenagers puke in their hallways).

If you are lucky enough to end up in these new dorms, you've got private rooms with double beds with climate control with leather desk chairs waiting for you. Seriously, tell them you are a fifth generation Queensie and that you will donate a building if they let you in to the New Rez.

Here is the run down. While all rooms are technically single, each room is connected by a washroom. So, if you are glass half full kind of person, you can liken it to having a single room with your own washroom and a part-time room-mate. If you are glass half empty kind of person, thank god you are in this residence because now there is only one person to blame if you tequila flavoured vomit all over your bathroom floor.

There are gorgeous common rooms, study rooms, hallways etc. etc. It's probably just SO nice because it's SO new .. but they really hit a home run with this place. And really, they finally got it right .. double beds in the rez rooms. Hello!
