WEST CAMPUS RESIDENCES

Most people consider themselves cursed if they end up on West Campus. But I really beg to differ.

It's a hell of a walk from main campus, is in the middle of nowehere, is neighboured by a prison, and looks like a crappy old elementary school.

However, Westies are a close knit group. They have their own cafeteria, mostly single rooms, their own gym, huge common rooms, and they have way more foreign people living there, so the hook-ups seem more exotic. They also have a lot of picky people who didn't want to be on a meal plan, so keep that in mind.

One sweet thing is that with your student card you get free riding priveledges on all Kingston buses .. and you damn sure need to take a bus to and from West Campus unless you are the athletic type or like walking or something weird.

Really though, of all the rezes, it seems like people who lived on West were much closer friends with the people they lived with, and most of them were in single rooms, so it either says that that kind of atmosphere was really condusive to friendship building, or else they were so isolated way the hell out there that no one would come visit them.
